Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: When placing your order, you will be asked to request a shipping method. The shipping
method you select will have a direct correlation to how long it will take for your items
to arrive. Normally will take 7-10 business days to arrive. This doesn’t include holidays
or any natural disaster events that will delay the item shipment.

Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: No, we don’t ship internationally.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we only use the United States Postal Service (USPS Priority Mail)

Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: Once an order is placed it is automatically transmitted to the warehouse for fulfillment.
Although we do our best to comply with all requests cancelation it is not always possible
to stop an order from being shipped. If you wish to cancel your order we recommend that you
send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the word “CANCEL”
in the subject line.

Q: Which credit cards are accepted?
A: Brazilianjiujitsupr.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. When ordering by phone,
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Puerto Rico will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card.
If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified at the moment.
If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and processing
will commence.
Hassle Free Returns
No refunds or exchanges are accepted for used or washed/worn merchandise, screen printed and embroidered merchandise. Exchanges will be made for shipping errors by brazilianjiujitsupr.com (i.e. wrong size or wrong product shipped). All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of your order’s invoice date. All returned items has a 20% restocking fee.
For orders that are returned to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Puerto Rico because of refusal or undeliverability, your account will be charged the original shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee.
Your product is defective.
– We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement (when available).
– All defective products may be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a replacement or refund.
– All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
How to make a return
To return a package, include a copy of original invoice/packing slip that was sent with the order. If the invoice/packing slip is not available, please include a personal letter with your exchange information (including name, address, phone #, email, order date, customer #, with item numbers and quantity).
Please make sure the box is securely wrapped and be sure your package is insured and prepaid. brazilianjiujitspr.com will not pay the shipping charges on returned items. We will make every effort to speed delivery of your exchange. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks to process your request.
